Wedding Day Only Coordination is an important aspect that reflects your special day in a perfect style! We will also meet with you to find out exactly how you envision your perfect day!
Ceremony
- Make sure vendors are all in place, set up & take down is well organized
- We will keep everything running on time and on schedule
- Handle the payment(s) on the day for the minister, photographer, musician, etc…
- Assist with guests arrival and seating
- Assist with pinning floral corsages, boutonnieres on bridal party and special guests
- Assist you, the bridal party, parents, and guests before the wedding ceremony
- Assist with the bride’s wedding dress i.e. bustling the train, fixing veil before and after ceremony
- Assist with Processional, Recessional and much more…
Reception
- Will coordinate with all vendors for set up & take down
- Assist with setting up Menu Cards, Place Cards & Gift Favors for all tables
- Assist with Head table, Cake table, Sign-in table, Guests table and will ensure they are correctly set up with place cards, menu cards, gift favors, champagne glasses, sign-in book, cake knife etc…
- Coordinate with the Caterer, MC, DJ, Band etc… with set up & timing of the events
- Assist with putting away boxed gifts & money envelopes
- Assist with guests arrival & the Seating Arrangement Plan
- Ensure Podium & Microphone(s) are set up and working
- Assist with Wedding Party Entrance & Speeches
- Assist with Receiving Line, Introductions and much more…
- We will make sure everything runs smoothly and no detail gets overlooked!
