Make sure vendors are all in place, set up & take down is well organized
We will keep everything running on time and on schedule
Handle the payment(s) on the day for the minister, photographer, musician, etc...

Assist with pinning floral corsages, boutonnieres on bridal party and special guests
Assist you, the bridal party, parents, and guests before the wedding ceremony

Reception:

Will coordinate with all vendors for set up & take down

Coordinate with the Caterer, MC, DJ, Band etc... with set up & timing of the events
Assist with putting away boxed gifts & money envelopes
Assist with guests arrival & the Seating Arrangement Plan
Ensure Podium & Microphone(s) are set up and working
Assist with Wedding Party Entrance & Speeches
Assist with Receiving Line, Introductions and much more...
